As a Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer , you will join our talented Integration and Access Management (IAM) team responsible for access management, physical security, software management, and enterprise software integrations. Our team is also responsible for managing account and group provisioning, authorization requests, user permissions, and conducting audits within systems for regulatory access. In this role, you will design, develop, configure, and implement solutions to resolve complex technical and business issues related to information security, identity management, user access authentication and provisioning, and role-based access control. What you will do...
Develop, maintain, and oversee implementation of IAM across the enterprise to include SSO technologies, Directory Synchronization, MFA, and Federated solutions with both SaaS and on-premise applications
Collaborate with other departments to secure data, computer, network, and processing systems
Maintain an in-depth understanding of IAM technologies and tools, including Authentication and Access techniques
Provdie analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of identity solutions and related technologies
Partner with various IT teams, vendors, and/or business partners to ensure solutions align with best practices and meet business, legal, and audit requirements
Provide support for implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining identity management systems
Distinguish isolated user problems from enterprise-wide application/system problems, and provide recommended solutions
Provide follow-up reports (e.g., technical findings, feedback, resolution steps taken) for root cause analysis, engineering technical assessment, and process improvement initiatives
What you will bring...
A degree in a technology-related discipline and/or relevant and progressively responsible IAM experience
Advanced experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Azure AD Connect, Microsoft Office 365, OAUTH/SAML, LDAP, SSO, SCIM, OIDC, RADIUS, RBAC, PIM
Intermediate experience with PowerShell scripting
Knowledge of and experience with databases, application servers, operating systems, and network infrastructure
Knowledge of modern IT infrastructure components, including networking, load balancing, firewall rules, SSL, system management/monitoring, and hardware components (e.g., storage, CPU)
Certifications in Security+, Network+, GSEC, Azure 900, Azure 500, and/or CISSP are valued
Competencies and skills critical to success include... problem-solving, effective communication, time management and prioritization, ownership, initiative, and customer focus
