Equitrans Midstream Administrative Assistant in Clarksburg, West Virginia

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in our Clarksburg, WV* location. This role provides administrative support in a variety of functions to an office, team, department, or other ETRN groups. This role will also collect, review, and analyze data, and prepare reports, charts, budgets, and other materials.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Interacts with staff at all levels, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.

  • Keep staff apprised of information pertinent to the office, responsible for administrative workflow in and out of the office.

  • Review, transmit and manage weekly time keeping process. Raise discrepancies to Sr. Administrative Assistant for help in resolving issues.

  • Maintain office supplies, inputs, reviews, and processes small purchasing requests within the procurement system.

  • Handles incoming/outgoing mail.

  • Handle confidential business matters.

  • Maintain effective and efficient organization of documentation.

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable process.

  • Obtain purchase orders, validate, and process invoices.

  • Assist with maintenance of driver qualification program and records to ensure compliance with the Department of Transportation’s regulatory initiatives and responsibilities.

  • Use judgment and initiative to determine the approach or action to take in various work situations.

  • A high school diploma or GED. Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic skills using Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on business needs

  • Industry experience preferred

The anticipated salary range for this position is $18.51/hr to $23.12/hr plus a total rewards package that includes:
