As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our growth-oriented marketing strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, drive lead generation, and enhance brand visibility. You will also support specific cross-regional events and campaigns. This role executes and manages marketing programs for new prospects and current customers, including physical and virtual events and targeted marketing campaigns. You need to be results-oriented and highly organized.

What will you be doing?

  • Content Strategy and Execution:

  • Collaborate with product marketing and cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive content marketing plans.

  • Create and manage multi-channel campaigns.

  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize content performance and ROI.

  • Alignment with Sales and Product Teams:

  • Work closely with sales leaders to align marketing goals and strategies.

  • Understand customer journeys and identify target accounts for tailored campaigns.

  • Translate business objectives into strategic initiatives.

  • Regional Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and purchasing triggers.

  • Provide feedback to product and sales teams for informed decision-making.

  • Propose new campaigns and content based on regional insights.

  • Operational Excellence:

  • Work within the marketing budget effectively to maximize return on investment.

  • Ensure flawless execution of marketing programs.

  • Develop persuasive collateral (presentations, case studies, whitepapers) to support sales efforts.

Required SkillsRequired Experience

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this opportunity:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related area plus a minimum of 3 years of related B2B work experience. An advanced degree (MS or MBA) may substitute for years of related work experience.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with technology companies, preferably in cybersecurity or OT security.

  • Results-Driven: Proven track record in executing marketing priorities and achieving sales goals.

  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven decision-making.

  • Tools: Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, and Salesforce.

  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Your Total Rewards Package

    The range of base salary for the position is between $63,000 - $82,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
