Primary Purpose
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
This position will be managing the Cost Portfolio for the Operational Technology Security Governance Program (OT SGP). Analyzes key strategic issues facing the program and assists in the development of strategic planning processes in support of program execution plans. Provides project controls cost governance of capital spend portfolio supporting centrally managed work. Develops and monitors the strategic execution plan, annual budgets, and long-range plans for transmission, substation, distribution, and gas projects and programs. Develop strategies and perform analysis for achieving key financial goals. Prepares comprehensive reports to support business operations including, forecast accuracy, category management of financials, spend recovery plans and interface with key internal and external stakeholders. Leads financial reporting meetings for internal PM's, external vendors and category owners. Responsible for Sr leadership reporting and interface on budget status, risk and impacts. Utilizes multiple existing Exelon systems to support current and future work with respect to budgeting, financial forecasting, actual cost tracking, project authorization, work management, contracts, and material tracking. Position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
Note: This is a hybrid position (in-office with remote flexibility). Employees are required to be in office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). This must sit out of any of our service areas: Philadelphia - PA, Chicago - IL, Baltimore -MD and Washington -DC. This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
Primary Duties
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support multiple projects to analyze and resolve key strategic issues facing
Project Management as either a team participant and/or individual contributor Provide strategic analysis and critical thinking to analyze issues that will have a major impact on Project Management's performance
Conduct research on issues and serve as project analyst for strategy/planning initiatives
Support the development of discussion materials at the Upper Management level
Support the strategic planning process (Lead and facilitate the LRP process for each workstream within each OpCo for the OT SGP program)
Develop, maintain, and communicate and execute strategies as it pertains to Project Management's continuing capital growth.
Support and manage risk for O&M or capital budget greater than $500M.
Support business units in utilizing the information for strategic planning, creating a value proposition, prioritizing project portfolios, and other objectives to drive efficiencies , customer focus, competitive strategy, and growth as it relates to the strategy
Develops data and analysis that can be translated into conclusions, implications, and recommendations for incorporation into the business portfolio
Support effort to cascade the Vision down through the organization together with strategic business literacy issues
Cascade the vision through the organization aligning and engaging employees
Communicate key strategic issues by presenting at employee meetings across the company
Survey external industry data and stay current on industry trends/developments of importance to Exelon

Independent contributor, with potential to have direct reporting relationships.
Takes direction from VP, Directors, Key Managers, and/or project team leads
Frames and conducts analysis on strategic issues
Interacts regularly with key managers and executives on issues
Provides periodic written/oral presentations to key managers and executives on analysis of issues
Able to travel across Exelon sites and business units as required (up to 40%).
Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Academic/Formal Training: Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical Field. In lieu of Bachelor's degree, 9-12 years of relevant experience.
Job Related/Experience: 7-10 years of industry/related experience Specialized Skills, Knowledge, License Requirements/Registrations, Etc.
Excellent analytical skills -demonstrated financial/quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage large portfolios
Ability to frame ambiguous issues and structure appropriate analysis.
Demonstrated ability to apply strategic and critical thinking to problem solving.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work productively with diverse teams.
Solid written and oral communication skills ;ability to translate analysis into key messages and develop story line associated with project analysis Ability to work independently to advance assignments and developing ability to drive efforts to completion
Preferred Qualifications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in finance, business, economics, or other related discipline.
Project Management experience
Knowledge of energy industry
Knowledge of financial processes, systems and controls across the Exelon OpCo's

Annual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $104,800.00/Yr. – $144,100.00/Yr.
