What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for planning and scheduling overall collections activities, in accordance with regulatory compliance requirements.

  • Primary contact with vendors (Collection Agencies & supporting vendors).

  • Responsible for vendor invoice reconciliation and processing.

  • Responsible for identifying and reporting accounts for collections and write-offs.

  • Back up for critical tasks in collections.

  • Subject matter expert for projects which identify improvements and/or changes to applications functionality and provide insights into operational impacts for collections.

  • Primary contact for all SOX Audit evaluations for internal controls and external auditors for all collections processes.

Who You Are:

You will have the following education & experience:

  • Minimum university degree or technical diploma with 2 years’ experience. An equivalent combination of education, certification, work experience will be considered.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Customer Care functions, processes and policies preferred.

  • Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Oracle, Maximo, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Dialer, Techcom Application, data queries.

  • 2+ years experience working with SAP in customer service delivery capacity.
