The primary goal of this position is to provide support for IAM operations by improving processes, troubleshooting, documentation and automating and integrating key components of the program.
You will also be responsible for supporting and executing upon related cyber security initiatives that will mature the program to stay ahead of evolving cyber threats.
What you will do:
You will Support operations team through troubleshooting and incident resolution and validate service delivery.
You will configure and maintain technology solutions.
You will proactively identify potential sources of security or operations-related efficiency opportunities.
You are going to Identify and advise on process improvements and solutions.
You are responsible to support and develop managed service partners.
Develop and maintain working relationships with external teams on behalf of IAM, leading to efficient service delivery and proactive risk reduction.
Troubleshoot, and ensures resolution of technical issues with the environment.
Who you are:
You have a degree/diploma in Information Systems, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
You have minimum 2 years of experience.
Experience with IAM technologies (ie – SailPoint, CyberArk, Entra ID, AD)
Experience and understanding of the fundamentals of IAM
Experience in security operations, networking, deployment, development and data analytics
Excellent analytical, problem solving, technical writing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with global teams and facilitate meaningful conversations in a group setting.
IT security certifications (GCIH, etc) is an asset.
Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Powershell) is nice to have.
Knowledge of the mid-stream O&G or critical infrastructure environments is preferred.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
