At Enbridge, we are looking for an Advisor Functional support for our North York/Chatham, ON office. This role provides an opportunity to innovate and improve on our existing Operations applications at Gas Distribution & Storage (GDS) by working directly with Operations and Technology partners on technology initiatives and software releases.

Internally, this role is titled as Advisor Functional Support.

What You Will Do:

• Provide day to day incident and problem management support related to several Operations, Asset Management, and Integrity applications (including Maximo, ClickTouch, ClickSchedule, GetConnected, CCWS and others as required)

• Provide functional support for Operations partners / departments as assigned.

• Provide coaching and training to end users to support end to end systems processes

• Travel to Operations depots to provide face to face support and build relationships with Partners

• Provide support to IT/TIS Operations projects in the form of Design input, Testing, and Post-implementation Support and other duties as assigned.

• Lead change: work closely with IT/TIS, Technical Training, and OCM to support organizational change activities for Operations application projects and releases

• Provide on-call overnight support for WAMS / Operations applications to ensure the flow of emergency work.

• Collaborate, and build trust with all partners, including internal and external customers, dependent functions, contractors, and internal and external alliance partnerships.

• Conduct root cause analysis and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in order to identify and quantify impacts or risks to business outcomes.

Who You Are:

• Related University degree and 4+ years of directly related experience OR a combination of formal education, certification and experience can also be considered.

• Good communication, problem solving and analytical skills

• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with multi-functional partners

• Broad understanding of utilities’ Work Management, Asset systems and businesses processes would be an asset.

• Certification in CBAP would be an advantage.
