This position is responsible for sales enablement and operational effectiveness on the Business Development Sales Team. This position is accountable for overall collaboration with key stakeholders, providing project expertise that delivers business excellence and cost benefits. Establishes and maintains strong working relationships across functional business units. Effectively motivates and challenges team members to continually improve performance levels of the organization. Champions effective change management and communication plans to ensure projects and/or enhancements are effectively deployed, fully adopted, and evaluated for delivery of desired business results. This position also provides business analysis and project management support including analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing business process improvement initiatives. Responsible for developing, managing, testing, and implementing business system changes and process improvements, to achieve team goals.
50%: Leads work assignments across the Business Development Sales Team
Leads and supports team members to execute projects as well as provide subject matter experts for critical business processes as needed across the team
Engages in business case development and assessment
Engages fellow employees in identifying opportunities that positively impact company projects by leveraging resources, processes and technologies
Supports implementation of project initiatives that deliver excellent customer service, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborates extensively with sponsors, key stakeholders and other operational subject matter experts to build comprehensive business requirements that support project management activities.
Leads resources to support leaders in achieving goals through process enhancements and projects
Supports and champions corporate business continuity and storm response as needed
Supports project governance and portfolio management standards (including project scoring methodology), PM discipline, and business case discipline
Engages and communicates effectively with fellow employees and key stakeholders in identifying opportunities that positively impact company financials by leveraging resources, processes, and technologies
Implements improvement initiatives that deliver excellent customer service, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Promotes team member development under the guidance of manager, as well as positive employee relations and morale, within the work unit
Works directly with sales team and monitors pipeline data in CRM system to ensure data integrity
Tracks, reports and analyzes key performance indicators
30% Deliver direct support/expertise for project initiatives
Provide process and business review/analysis to support comprehensive business cases and requirements gathering to enable implementation of valued project management initiatives
Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure their expectations are achieved
Maintains effective communications and working relationships with other groups and departments to support successful project design, implementation and adoption of new processes and initiatives
20% Maintain a Safe and Productive Work Environment

Provide project leadership and guidance to a team of project managers and business analysts maintaining focus in keeping management well informed of emerging issues/opportunities, project stage gates and process gaps

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology or Business and seven plus years of work related experience.
