Shift: 8-5 M-F

Starting Pay Rate: $18.00

Job Description

This internship will be hosted for the Summer 2024 semester

Estimated dates: May through August 2024

Summary

The Intern, Sales will be assigned a specific project supporting the industrial inside sales team. This project will supplement the implementation of a LEAN culture within the inside sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the scope development, and implementation of a project supporting Business Transformation and LEAN

• Coordinate with various stakeholders throughout the organization to develop multiple solution proposals

• Critically evaluate the solutions to determine best option

• Lead testing for potential solutions

• Develop training materials

• Lead the team to implement final solution

• Assist in the development of sales reports to support inside sales team

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in business related fields or engineering

• Minimum 2.5 GPA

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications with focus on Excel

• Good written and oral communication skills

• Strong willingness to learn
