MISO Energy Project Manager in Carmel, Indiana

Description

Starting Salary Range: $119,000 - $138,000 position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects

  • Collaborate with executive sponsors and stakeholders across departments

  • Drive team alignment, milestone tracking, and issue resolution

  • Monitor scope, schedule, resources, risks, and budget

  • Coordinate deliverables for FERC compliance (e.g., Orders 881 & 2222)

  • Track progress using tools like JIRA, MS Project, and Confluence

What we are looking for:

  • Familiarity with agile, waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and team-building skills

  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Visio, and the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Energy or utility industry experience is preferred

Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.

  • Bachelors or better in Engineering

  • Bachelors or better in Information Technology

  • Bachelors or better in Business Administration

  • 10 years: directly applicable project management experience (managing software development or infrastructure projects)
