MISO Energy Project Manager in Carmel, Indiana
Description
Starting Salary Range: $119,000 - $138,000 position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects
Collaborate with executive sponsors and stakeholders across departments
Drive team alignment, milestone tracking, and issue resolution
Monitor scope, schedule, resources, risks, and budget
Coordinate deliverables for FERC compliance (e.g., Orders 881 & 2222)
Track progress using tools like JIRA, MS Project, and Confluence
What we are looking for:
Familiarity with agile, waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies
Strong communication, negotiation, and team-building skills
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Visio, and the Microsoft Office Suite
Energy or utility industry experience is preferred
Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
