As our Strategy Integration Analyst, you will help MISO define organizational capabilities (people, process, technology) to enable its corporate strategy and establish strategic roadmaps for the enterprise. The ability to bring diverse perspectives together, facilitate conversations, and turn conceptual ideas into actionable steps and clear narratives is a required skill set for this role. As the Strategy Integration Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and articulating capabilities (people, processes, and technologies) across the organization

  • Applying those capabilities to strategic goals, helping to facilitate the organizational evolution occurring with industry changes

  • Creating metrics to measure the success of corporate objectives,

  • Conducting analyses to help MISO remain consistent with its vision as the most reliable, value-creating RTO.

    The Strategy Integration Analyst will be part of a team that collaborates with management to create and refine the goals MISO must achieve to meet our corporate strategic objectives.

    Demonstrating a high level of curiosity and passion for corporate strategy and the energy sector would be a great asset for success in this position. In this role, every day is a new, challenging opportunity to explore energy and think innovatively.

    In one year as our Strategy Integration Analyst, you will know you were successful if you:

  • Assume responsibility for defining necessary organizational capabilities to enable MISO to meet the Reliability Imperative (https://cdn.misoenergy.org/MISO%20Response%20to%20the%20Reliability%20Imperative504018.pdf)

  • Drive awareness, understanding, operationalization and implementation of capabilities within the corporate strategic plan

  • Develop and align analytics, narratives, data visualizations and communication strategies to enable effective strategic decision-making at different levels of the organization

    We are looking for people who have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or relevant work experience equivalency (required)

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience defining and analyzing industry drivers, trends and impacts to define organizational strategies (preferred)

  • Previous energy industry experience (preferred)

  • Demonstrated ability to develop, communicate, and implement strategic initiatives at an enterprise level (preferred)

Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
