To provide administrative and clerical support to all departments in the CPA/CMD Southpointe officeKey Results

Essential Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact with visitors and customers - greet and direct visitors in a polite and professional manner

Answer telephone calls, on a multi-line console, in a polite, professional and timely manner. Provide callers with useful information, alternatives, and referrals as appropriate

Assist with general administrative support including meeting coordination, setup, reservations, invitations, etc.

Compose and distribute mail and correspondence while maintaining confidentiality with respect to proprietary trade, business and client matters

Maintain and procure office supplies when necessary including toner and copy paper supplies for building office equipment, kitchen supplies, and general office supplies

Manage cleanliness of kitchenette

Create mail merges, spreadsheets, graphs and presentations by obtaining, compiling, and organizing data

Work with associated software systems and databases to set up vendors and process invoices for payment

Assist other departments as needed

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Demonstrate a record of punctual and regular attendance

Required for Selection

Two years recent logistical or related administrative support experience

High School diploma or equivalent

Additional InformationThe position of Receptionist is considered a job share role and will work a part-time schedule.
