In this role, you will support the success of the Projects organization’s strategic priorities through effective management of the people side of change. You will direct a team of personnel accountable for developing and directing strategies and tactics that support communications, engagement and learning in order to drive desired business and behavioral outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Direct the daily activities of personnel responsible for providing specialized organizational change and engagement strategies and tactics by coordinating, developing and achieving specific targeted deliverables.

  • Develop and deliver a center of expertise for Projects Organizational Change Management (OCM) aligned to communications and engagement, providing tools, processes and templates for broad communications.

Design, scope, and lead the execution of people-related strategies and practices including:

  • Projects culture reinforcement and behavior change strategies in pursuit of Projects objectives.

  • Projects leadership change capability and skills development strategies to ensure Projects is well positioned to implement and deliver required results.

  • Guiding Projects leadership and completing standard methodologies in effective workshop design and facilitation (in-person and virtual) and engagement to drive desired outcomes.

  • Ongoing identification and mitigation of risks and barriers associated with the people side of change to support strategic objectives.

Who You Are

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business or related subject area and exposure to organizational behavior or psychology.

  • A minimum of seven years of related experience.

  • Broad business experience in organizational change management / communications and engagement, including organizational change management principles and methodologies.

  • Interpersonal skills with an interest in successfully building relationships with team members, internal partners, vendors and service providers.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize own and team's workload, bring issues forward and develop working relationships at all levels of the organization.

Working Conditions

  • Office environment.

  • Up to 5% travel.
