Enbridge is looking for an Information Technology Business Analyst to join our Business Applications Services Team! In this role, you will act as a liaison between business collaborators and Technology and Information Services (TIS) and will be responsible for discovering, synthesizing, and analyzing information from a variety of sources within an enterprise. This means understanding the business’s needs, assessing the impact of those changes, gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements and supporting the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant partners.

What You Will Do:
Act as the liaison between business and technology staff, providing the business perspective in the analysis and design of solutions.
Assist and aid assigned business departments in defining their priorities and manage their service expectations.
Accountable to elicit business rules, business requirements, data requirements, workflows, develop mockups, and support business processes.
Trace and validate requirements with appropriate collaborators to ensure accuracy of documentation, obtaining necessary sign-off from business owner.
Responsible for the definition of packages of work, decomposition of packages into manageable sprints or iterations for development team.
Work with teams/individuals across various locations and time zones to deliver enhancements and new functionality for custom fit for use applications.
Develop and document test cases, manually implement test cases, and work with automation testers to automate the test cases.
Support development team as the need arises for capital and operational activities, such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Who You Are:
Related university degree, or a two-year technical diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
4 or more years of directly related experience.
Capacity to recognize and action on potential limitations and opportunities.
Broad Business Analyst industry experience and ability to influence change and practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proficiency of problem solving.
Excellent customer service attitude, written and verbal communication skills with an interest in problem solving and systematic thinking.
Working Conditions:
Office environment, working in a team environment.
Demanding and diverse workload.
Approximately 10% of travel may be required for conferences and team events. Valid passport required.
