We are looking for an outstandingly versatile and passionate Commercial Development Coordinator to join our team!

In this exciting role you will support general administrative duties such as compiling pre-meeting briefings, routine internal reporting, booking meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, etc. The incumbent will also provide niche support around presentation development, graphic design and employee training.

What you will do

• Prepare, revise and update Business Development presentation materials and training to Business Development team on standard methodologies in presentation/slide creation.

• Cultivate and maintain departmental contacts database.

• Coordinate day-to-day activities supporting employees and management including preparation of confidential correspondence, calendar management, travel arrangements and preparation of expense reports.

• Prioritizing and maintaining team specific documentation processes through data input, verification and filing in hard copy and electronic team and central databases.

• Develop administrative support peer network among Enbridge strategic partners.

• Willingness to learn and upgrade skills as needed: adapt to evolving environment and stay current on company products, services and initiatives.

• Anticipate the needs of the leaders with regards to identifying key information and filtering information.

Who you are

You have the following qualifications and skills:

Required:

• Related university degree and limited previous experience or this role may be filled with a senior level administrator with five or more years of experience.

• Advanced knowledge of related software, company databases, company structure, and office communications technology.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including grammar and spelling, are essential as well as the ability to summarize information succinctly and in plain language.

• Advanced experience with PowerPoint and graphic design is an asset.
