AltaGas - Document Control Lead (REEF) - 12 Month Contract

The Document Control Lead is a key leadership role responsible for guiding the Project Document Control Team through planning, resourcing, execution, and monitoring. This 12-month contract role requires close collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure all project documentation for the REEF Project is managed efficiently and effectively. The focus is on maintaining high standards of timeliness, quality, completeness, and integrity in all documentation processes.

You Will:

  • Share Document Control updates and manage the flow of project news and issues to the team

  • Support high performance in the Engineering, EPF, and Construction teams

  • Develop and implement consistent document management plans and procedures, ensuring a complete audit trail

  • Prepare the EP Document Control scope of work.

  • Oversee the REEF Project and ensure proper implementation of Document Control processes by EP, EPF, and Construction contractors

  • Conduct audits and data reconciliation and train project staff

  • Review and accept contractor documentation, address standard Document Control practices, and resolve issues, interfacing with relevant stakeholders as needed

You Have:

  • 10+ years in Document Control including lead or equivalent experience

  • Proven track record in managing relationships with EPC/EPF vendors from the owner’s perspective

  • Extensive experience supporting large-scale integrated midstream projects
