As a Superintendent, your key responsibility will be the main operations contact in the field, whose primary focus is the execution of constsruction activities on assigned projects. The Superintendent manages multiple jobs and crews in the Highway Division.

    What it takes:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED): 1-2 years of relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination

  • Prior experience organizing and managing union crews

  • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with Project Management software (desired)

  • Experience in a heavy highway construction environment (preferred)

  • Must posses a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record

  • Ability to travel throughout the state of Wisconsin with some travel to other states within the upper Midwest
