The Director of FP&A will be responsible for leading the long-term planning, financial forecasting, and business analysis processes for all of the Michels Family of Companies. The role will work cross functionally with all businesses to deliver comprehensive financial projections and supporting analysis. Additionally, the Director will own the creation of various financial reports and ad hoc analyses to support the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Leadership Team. The role requires a thorough understanding of financial reporting, including financial statements and key financial/operational metrics. Critical for success are the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities, maintain attention to detail, communicate financial concepts with non-financial individuals, and strong analytical skills.

    What it takes:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (equivalent years of related experience also acceptable)

  • 15+ years of progressive accounting or related experience

  • Management experience - the ability to attract, develop, and retain talent

  • Experience in multi entity environment

  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite
