As a Director of Finance, you are responsible for advising on company-wide accounting initiatives and supporting on-going process improvement. This position will support corporate business functions by analyzing and aligning business related financial data to provide proactive, clear, and actionable financial solutions and recommendations to increase efficiency and support good business decision making. Critical for success are the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities, maintain attention to detail, communicate financial concepts with non-financial individuals, and strong analytical skills.

    What it takes:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (equivalent years of related experience also acceptable)

  • 15+ years of progressive accounting or related experience

  • Management experience - the ability to attract, develop, and retain talent

  • Experience in multi entity environment

  • Proficient with financial systems software

  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite
