As a Business Systems Solution Analyst , your key responsibilities will be to Identify inefficiencies in used processes and/or solutions, act as the internal expert of processes and solutions within assigned functional business department(s)/division(s), and collaboratively identify areas for process and solution improvements.

What it takes:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field, 3-5 years of related and/or operational experience, or an equivalent combination

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a liaison between IT and another business focus, or experience working on large, cross-functional projects

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Competent with Microsoft Visio and Project

  • Familiar with project management fundamentals (desired)

  • Familiar with reporting: SQL, Crystal, Dashboards, Pivot charts (desired)

  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.
