As an Administrative Assistant, your key responsibilities will be to provide day-to-day administrative support for Michels Pipeline, Inc. Schedule meetings, manage outlook mail and calendar events for the Director of Operations Support. Critical for success are the abilities to multitask, prioritize and project a professional image.

    What it takes?

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED), and 3-5 years of administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of both

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with customer service
