As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, your key responsibilities will be to generate and document invoices/payment applications, lien waivers and other invoicing contract requirements ensuring that Michels Corporation receives payments for goods and services. This position must process accurate work and reconcile data in a timely manner. Critical for success are strong attention to detail and a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information.

    What it takes:

  • 2-4 years of related Accounts Receivable experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Computer proficiency

  • Associate’s Degree in Accounting or a related field (desired)

  • Prior experience in the construction industry (desired)
