Job Purpose

Act as a key driver of the Project C strategy, developing action plans to achieve short- and long-term goals related to the investment areas- Workforce Development; Environmental Justice & Social Equity; Clean Energy & Sustainability; Community Engagement & Neighborhood Investment

Key Accountabilities

  • Proactively research, produce, monitor and analyze performance tracking and community investment reporting information to enable analysis of key themes and trends.

  • Be the point of contact on business continuity planning and budget development.

  • Manage the day-to-day relationships with external organizations related to National Grid priorities in order to understand their requirements, deliver appropriate, customized solutions and advice, and build cross-functional working in line with National Grid policies and processes.

  • Challenge existing ways of working and continuously seek ways to do things better in order to drive greater efficiencies within assigned are

  • Lead the executive referral response management.

  • Oversee the Quorum platform, Gas Long Term Planning Support, Annual Required Tariff Programs (Alternate Fuel and Human Needs).


  • Strong communication, writing & verbal skills.

  • Proficent analytical skills- the ability to identify trends that could have a reputational impact on the organization.

  • Knowledge of National Grid's business gas and electric regulations both Upstate and Downstate New York, preferred.

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related area and up to 5 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience, required (please advise on the level of education if you prefer)
