This requires us to deliver on our promises and always look for new opportunities to grow, both ourselves and our business. ## Job Purpose To drive and develop our Digital Transformation Strategy, build digital capabilities, and execute and deliver digital transformation initiatives that drive a step change in operational efficiency and improved customer experiences. ## Key Accountabilities Responsibilities (including, and not limited to): • Define and communicate the Product Portfolio Vision, Strategy and ROI • Serve as the liaison between the product team and the company’s stakeholders at the Porfolio Level. • Build digital capabilities and establish standards for lean and agile product development process and ideation • Manage portfolio budget, risks, and resource allocation • Maintain strong working relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities to drive/support loyalty, revenue and growth outcomes. • Ensure digital solutions are meeting portfolio goals (e.g. payback, benefits, etc.) and aligned with strategic objectives • Validate new investment opportunities, business case, and value tracking metrics to optimize on ROI ## Supervisory/Interpersonal- Experience Required • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills, experience communicating at the Executive Level • Demonstrated ability to develop high performing teams • Strong ability to lead and influence in a matrixed environment ## Qualifications • 7-10 years driving a portfolio of digital and agile inititiaves • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree within discipline preferred • Influential, energetic and enthusiastic business leader, with the drive, ambition and resilience to make things happen and deliver outstanding performance • Experience managing resources and activities focused on delivering superior operational performance and continuous improvement ## More Information National Grid is an equal opportunity employer that values a broad diversity of talent, knowledge, experience and expertise.
