The successful candidate will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities, project management and related tasks. Supports General Foreman through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring all responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner.
Responsibilities: - Assist General Foreman with Work Order requests - Review DOT/Environmental/ROW permits to determine specific requirements - Reviewing completed WR’s for signatures, dates, pictures etc. - Order and maintain office supplies - Assist with roster and logistics during storm events - Assist with workload and schedule of crews - Complete HR documents at General Foreman’s direction for promotions and new hires - Handle multiple projects - Assemble WR packages - Monthly reports to FPL – resource counts - Complete Daily Route sheet Qualifications/Requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred - Advanced Microsoft Office Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to handle multiple projects at once - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
