Job Description:

Starting pay for this position is $18.00/hr.

General Summary

The Video Auditor will review and assess the completeness and accuracy of tickets completed by our locate technicians. This is a fast-paced role that requires a high-level of attention to detail and accuracy. The position is fully on-site with no remote option.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct audits using company-provided audit safety checklist and methodologies.

• Determine if locator has met requirements and grades each audit as “Pass,” “Needs Improvement”, or “Fail.”

• Present audit findings to supervisors to help ensure that the audit outcomes add value and lead to improved effectiveness in safety management.

• Upload information and findings into spreadsheet for reporting.

  Requirements

• High school education or equivalent; some college preferred

• Ability to utilize computers and other office equipment

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and Outlook are used daily

• Excellent customer service skills

• Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills
