Help Desk Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Help Desk Support Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end IT support and assistance related to equipment for onboarding and offboarding processes. Your primary responsibilities will include the administration of hardware and software deployment, troubleshooting Tier 2 support requests, and maintaining various IT systems and platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end IT functions related to equipment for onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Administer the deployment of hardware and software, including installation and routine maintenance and third-party applications

  • Respond to Tier 2 support requests from central helpdesk.

  • Support Microsoft 365 collaborative applications, including troubleshooting mail flow issues and providing remote support through various methods of communication and remote takeover of workstations.

  • Administer Azure AD user accounts by assigning licenses, deleting or restoring users, and managing groups.

  • Escalate helpdesk tickets by creating Microsoft service tickets when necessary.

  • Administer printer cloud solutions and coordinate service repairs.

  • Manage vendor onsite support and repairs for workstations.

  • Document and maintain workstation inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records across multiple IT platforms.

  • Maintain and update license keys for third-party applications.

  • Assist with network support, including troubleshooting LAN and WAN issues.

  • Assist with pilot testing critical operating system updates and patches.

  • Prepare and maintain technical procedures documentation.

  • Assist with the support of mobile devices onsite and utilize Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems.

  • Assist with troubleshooting AV Technology for conference meetings and presentations.

  • Provide onsite support and preparation for conference meetings.

  • Help with continuing optimization and business process improvements.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 collaborative applications and Azure 365 user account administration.

  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting, LAN, and WAN issues.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive problem-solving ability and a strong commitment to customer service.
