Position Handyman

Description

A handyman performs a range of maintenance duties for homeowners and businesses, either as a contract worker or member of the maintenance department. Duties include fixing plumbing systems, providing repair guidance, cleaning and remodeling community spaces, and performing repair assessments, light carpentry.

Position Requirements

• Detail-oriented and thorough.

• Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Must pass a background check.

• Must have a valid driver's license

• Prolonged periods standing.

• Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 60 pounds at a time.
