Talent Management Program Coordinator
Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Management Program Coordinator to join our team and support the Leadership Academy programs. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating and supporting all aspects of our Leadership Academy, ensuring smooth execution and delivery of high-quality leadership development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all logistical aspects of the Leadership Academy programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, materials preparation, and participant communication.
Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, facilitators, and external vendors, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Assist in the development and maintenance of program materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
Track and manage program registrations, attendance, and completion records, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Support program evaluation efforts by collecting and analyzing feedback from participants and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Talent Management team to continuously improve program content, delivery methods, and overall participant experience.
Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist with the promotion and marketing of Leadership Academy programs to internal audiences.
Provide support for other Talent Management initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
2 - 4 years of experience in program coordination, event planning, customer service, or a related role, preferably within a corporate or educational setting required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, Teams) and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other training software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience with budget management and basic financial reporting.
A passion for talent development and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with leadership development principles and best practices.
Experience in a utility or energy industry setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
