Otter Tail Corporation Supervisor Operations in Big Stone City, South Dakota

In this role, the Operations Supervisor leads a critical team that ensures the plant is available to produce the electricity required by both OTP’s customer base and the overall grid. Our successful employees ensure that our customers and communities have the power they need for modern life.

Examples of those activities will include:

  • Manage a team of Plant Operators to ensure 24/7/365 efficient and reliable operations.

  • Collaborates with Plant Engineers to solve problems and enhance the plant’s productive output.

  • Ensures that plant has required resources and supplies as needed including chemicals, equipment, and other operations requirements.

  • Available to be on call for operational issues and for weekend/holiday rotation.

Qualifications:
