Job Summary
This position will perform basic pipefitting, basic backhoe/trencher operation and perform as a second man on a crew. They must be eligible for shift work and call out list.
Duties and Responsibilities
Meter turn on, turn offs, leak investigations, meter changes
Basic pipefitting
Emergency Response when qualified
Perform other work as directed once qualified
Working in confined spaces
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
General computer aptitude
Knowledge of construction practices and techniques related to excavation work
Communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work with supervisors and coworkers
Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
CDL License
