Job Description Summary:
As part of our Energy Efficiency team, Individual is responsible for acquiring, managing and closing commercial and industrial energy efficiency projects from conception to completion, primarily for the top 2 quartiles of the C&I Customer base, with a focus on the vertical markets of Commercial Real Estate and Financial/Insurance.. Position collaboratively works in a team environment with other Energy Efficiency Consultants as well as Sales Account Executives, Product Management and Energy Engineers to be proactive in acquiring energy efficiency projects to reach performance targets and goals. Individual also occasionally will be responsible for special project work, including but not limited to: selecting and managing contractors for implementation of special initiatives; helps to create and implement energy efficiency program go-to-market strategies and delivers presentations to customer groups, trade and professional organizations. Also responsible for contributing to strategic road-maps that advance sustainable energy efficiency practices amongst large commercial and industrial customers. A successful candidate would ideally come from a role within the market of delivering or managing mechanical, controls and energy efficiency projects for customers in the vertical.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required. Experience: A minimum of five years of related experience is required. Individual should have experience in residential, commercial, and industrial energy efficiency programs and a working knowledge of standard office computer software (e.g., Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.).
