Our projects are regulated by federal and state laws which require all employees to successfully pass criminal background checks, MVR, and drug tests (post-employment and random testing).


We are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to provide financial, administrative and clerical services and to ensure accuracy and efficiency of accounts receivable operations. You will process and monitor incoming payments and secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts.


Ideal candidate must have the skills, ability, and judgment to perform the following essential job duties and responsibilities:

  • Review and verify invoices and check requests, sort, code and match invoices

  • Set invoices up for payment, enter and upload invoices into accounting system

  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions

  • Prepare and perform check runs

  • Review and account for Company Credit Card transactions

  • Monitor vendor accounts and vendor statements to ensure payments are up to date

  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues

  • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries

  • Prepare invoice accruals monthly and assist with month end closing

  • Provide supporting documentation for audits

  • Maintain vendor files

  • Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential

  • Other duties as assigned


The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Associate‚Äôs degree in Accounting or Business Administration or 3-4 years relative experience

  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

  • Ability to work as part of accounting team to accomplish tasks

  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records

  • Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail


  • Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
