Job Summary:

The Project Manager II at Pike Engineering will play a crucial role in advancing both operational and analytical frameworks within the organization. This position focuses on enhancing data reporting, management support services, and overseeing the suite of administrative and operational support applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in data visualization, database management, report generation, and application architecture. This role emphasizes the importance of maintaining data integrity, managing data connections across various systems, and ensuring the effective use of technology solutions in operational processes. Reporting directly to the Regional Technology Coordinator, the Project Manager II is expected to contribute significantly to the success of business operations through technical expertise and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Operational and Business Support feedback/input to Operations and Management teams, aiding in the achievement of successful business outcomes.

  • Develop, maintain, and manage executive and management level reports and dashboards using applications like PowerBI, tailored to different workgroups within the organization.

  • Ensure data integrity and manage data connections across various systems, including Oracle and Invoice Management Applications.

  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to guarantee accurate and efficient data flow and reporting.

  • Lead and participate in project meetings (project kickoff, client alignment, status meeting, progress review, etc.) to map processes, understand objectives, and support operations with data and application needs.

  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the industry to propose innovative solutions.

  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring the proper use of technology solutions and maximizing reporting capabilities.

  • Guide project management efforts, offering PM guidance to optimize the use of applications in operational processes.

  • Develop and support operational support/administrative applications as needed, ensuring their general upkeep and relevance.
