FACILITIES FOREMAN (Plant Hatch)
The facilities foreman responsibilities include:
Set and reinforce management standards and expectations in the workplace.
Monitor performance and provide feedback to assigned personnel.
Oversight responsibility for facility upkeep, grass and landscaping maintenance, deconning and painting activities.
Ensure personnel are developed to their potential in keeping with company requirements/needs.
First line administration of SNC/IBEW Memorandum of Agreement.
- High School diploma or GED, post high school education is preferred
- Four  years related work experience to include 2 years nuclear plant experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Working knowledge of plant layout and functional operation.
Understanding of radiation protection regarding contamination activities.
Able to work in any environment demanded of the work force, including temperature extremes and elevations.
