Expected salary range of $85,500 to $95,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Constellation is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Sr. Digital Insights & Optimization Analyst to join our team. As a Sr. Digital Insights & Optimization Analyst at Constellation, you will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of Constellation's existing customer-facing digital offerings and work to improve the user experience through testing and optimization activities. You will work closely with the marketing team and other departments to define measurement criteria, and to evaluate, scope, and prioritize digital tests.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop comprehensive measurement plans and review with cross-functional stakeholders.
Monitor performance of user experience and create dashboards and periodic reports for peers and key stakeholders.
Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement; collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize work.
Own all tag management initiatives and platforms; ensure data quality and consistency across efforts.
Manage and maintain findings on Constellation's competition, with emphasis on driving overall user experience improvements and improved alignment with core business objectives.
Develop and manage testing, optimization, and personalization experiment backlog; ensure consistent flow of test and learn opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, digital, or related field.
Prior work experience as a web data analyst or digital marketing analyst. Advanced understanding of KPIs used to track web user behaviors.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to organize work. Advanced skills with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. Experience with optimization tools such as Adobe Target, Google Web Optimizer, or Optimizely.

Experience with advanced web behavioral tracking such as Decibel, Medallia DXA, Full Story, Content Square. Demonstrated ability to conduct qualitative competitor research.
Awareness of digital marketing best practices, industry trends, and emerging platforms.
Experience with wireframing tools (Figma, Sketch).
