Airtron is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives for our location in Austin, TX.

You’ll be part of the CSR team that assists our customers with inquiries, sales and problem resolution.

What you’ll do as a CSR

Handle inbound calls from customers

Assists customers with sales, payments and service calls

Take incoming and makes outbound calls, processes credit cards, offers service plans, schedules appointments, processes refunds

Maintain customer information in the company’s computer system

Ensures good customer relations are maintained, customer complaints are resolved fairly and effectively

Follow safety policies and procedures

Minimum qualifications and what you’ll need to be able to do

Be at least 18 years old

Have prior customer service experience

High school diploma or GED

Customer service mindset, positive attitude and a team player

Ability to build positive relationships with customers, both internal and external

Able to communicate via a phone

Adhere to strict safety, quality, and organizational standards

Computer competency and able to use Microsoft office products

Communicate and read in English
