The Fleet Administrator assists in the administration and coordination of the organizations fleet of motor vehicles and equipment. Maintains accurate records of vehicle compliance in accordance with all government rules and regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures compliance with standard Fleet Maintenance/Management procedures.

  • Ensures compliance for all technician’s entries in the FAMMS (Fleet Asset Maintenance Management System).

  • Review and processes paperwork for the completion of license plate renewals in a timely manner.

  • PO issuance and processing for the Fleet department.

  • Ensure all vehicle State/Local inspections are completed and provided to third party vendor to process vehicle registrations.

  • Review and processes paperwork for the application of titles to be provided to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).

  • Review and processes paperwork required for the International Registration Plan (IRP).

  • Other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma: Associates Degree Preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of Fleet Admin experience or a large garage/dealership background.

  • Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and related computer software.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, set goals, and accomplish responsibilities with limited supervision.

  • Must be flexible and support a cross functional team environment

  • Effective written and verbal communication skill
