Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workforce Analytics Lead with supervisory experience to lead our Workforce Analytics Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and the ability to lead and mentor other data analysts on our team. We are looking for a self-motivated, innovative and technical member of the HR team who has a proven track record in driving efficiency and data integrity through automation. The ideal candidate will be expected to strive for new and better ways to tell a story through data mining, analysis, and predictive modeling, which will be used by the business to make solid, data-driven decisions.
This is a hybrid position - Monday & Friday (Remote) and Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday (In Person) at the Allentown, PA or Louisville, KY Office.
Responsibilities
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights
Excellent pattern recognition and predictive modeling skills
Create presentations for various stakeholders that present the data in a consumable format for all types of audiences
Develop and maintain data models and dashboard
Prepare comprehensive reports for management decision-making
Supervise and mentor HR data analysts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
Ensure data accuracy and integrity
Implement best practices for data analysis and reporting
Apply best available practices for artificial intelligence and machine learning
Utilize AI tools to automate data processing and reporting tasks
Visualize and report data findings creatively, using PowerBI, in a variety of visual formats that appropriately provide insights to the business
Highly self-motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience with ETL, data processing, database programming or data analytics.
Extensive background in data mining and statistical analysis.
Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques
Experience with predictive modeling and machine learning algorithms
Able to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation
Highly self-motivated and ability to provide direction to staff and colleagues
Ability to drive projects and initiatives through to completion with minimal direction and oversight
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in a relevant field
Knowledge of machine learning techniques
Knowledge of data warehousing tools such a Snowflake or other data warehouse applications.
Experience in a supervisory role within a large organization
