About the Opportunity

The Capability Building Analyst is a member of the newly created Solutions and Standards team within the Supply Chain organization. The analyst’s input adds value to the strategic sourcing and negotiation processes as part of the team approach to Category Management. This individual develops, provides, and tracks capability building within the Supply Chain organization.
This position can be sited at any location within the FirstEnergy service territory.
Identifying and developing strategies for capability building for the Supply Chain organization
Leading and driving the implementation of competency-based learning approach
Defining, managing, and tracking capability building expectations
Building curriculum as needed to ensure effective capability building
Creating targeted training schedules and content
Developing and maintaining learning modules and tools to build and maintain best practice capabilities
Managing budget related to training
Bachelor’s degree in business, education or a related discipline is required and 4 - 7 years’ related work experience is required.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 7 years' related experience is required. Related work experience includes supply chain analytics, education, or training employees.
