External Job Responsibilities
This position manages the CO (Customer Operations) electric customer contributions, reimbursements and collections. This position performs project management for the development, implementation, maintenance and training of electric customer pricing for electric distribution, service facilities, client jobs, CIAOC (Contributions in Aid of Construction) processing, promissory notes, and embedded credit refunding. Also performs continuous improvement implementation, develops and enforces the pricing strategies and identifies new revenue opportunities. Key responsibilities of this position include:
Managing the CO electric and gas customer contributions, reimbursements, refunds, invoicing, and collections.
Managing the development, implementation, maintenance and training needs of customer pricing for electric and gas distribution, service facilities, client jobs, CIAOC processing, promissory notes, and embedded credit refunding.
Identifying new revenue, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction opportunities.
Participating in the development and refinement of pricing strategies & policies with pricing teams, Finance and the Manager of Gas & Electric Policy.
Enforcing pricing strategies, interpreting polices, and performing needed training for CO to ensure that pricing policy is followed consistently.
Leading and managing the Essential Services staff, providing work direction and coaching, ensuring service levels are met and resources are allocated appropriately.
Managing the CO Correspondence process and lead the CO Correspondence Team to ensure that external customers communications made by CO are consistent and appropriate.
Participating on project teams as the subject matter expert for all aspects customer pricing and refunding.
Supporting monthly financial reporting and analysis
Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline. In lieu of the degree, candidates with five or more years of experience in supervision or working in a team environment will be considered.
5+ years of related experience such as customer pricing, accounting, billing/invoicing, financial reporting or similar.
Proven leadership and decision making abilities, as well as strong organization, interpersonal staff/team development, communication, coaching, motivating skills; as well as demonstrated competencies in diversity, conflict resolution and customer service.
Experience in a Regulatory environment desirable.
