Position Specific Description In this role you will use your strong analytical skills and prior nuclear experience. Strong experience in NAMS and Excel highly preferred along with the ability to work independently, with a strong drive towards aggressive goals. Looking for someone to interface with all locations we provide our service including all Nuclear sites, Juno Beach and Jupiter West. In this role travel will be required.
Job Overview This position satisfies the material and service demands for site scheduled and emergent work. Employees in this role provide forecasting, reporting and planning for material needs and coordinates with the Nuclear site to align and set supply priorities. This position represents the Nuclear Supply Chain in work planning meetings and is the primary point-of-contact to onsite organizations for the Nuclear Supply Chain.
Job Duties & Responsibilities • Executes the materials management process for assigned areas: inventory planning, replenishment, Catalog Id (CatID) development and maintenance, asset recovery, refurbishment • Processes CatIDs, changes to CatIDs, Bills of Material (BOM), and service contract requisitions, and interfaces with Procurement Engineering (PE) • Supports asset recovery, inventory optimization, inter-utility and affiliate transfers, and outage customer requests • Challenges site work-order demands and requested purchases, and documents subsequent cost-savings and avoidance • Performs analysis functions to support forecasting needs • Participates on Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) project teams • Supports self-assessments, audits, Sarbanes Oxley (Sox) compliance • Assists in managing external spend and drives down the total cost of ownership • Conducts business dealings with the highest level of integrity and regard for corporate guidelines and legal and environmental regulations • Supports Nuclear’s corrective action program • Interacts with business units, legal experts, Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) personnel, the supplier community, and industry analysts • Performs other job-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications • High School Grad / GED • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience • Experience:2+ years Preferred Qualifications • None
