Job Description and Responsibities
Manage the SAP/HR Org Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA) modules for PSEG LI business units.
Responsible for maintaining positions and company org structure changes while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data.
Responsible for auditing employee payroll/HR master data
Perform mass data loads utilizing the WinShuttle software
Responsible for testing new and enhanced SAP/HR (OM/PA) functionality in support of PSEG Long Island Clients
Assist with SAP/HR training and development of procedure documentation for administrators and end users.
Understand SAP integration points between org management and personnel administration to optimize efficiencies
Manage priorities and deadlines of assigned projects
Superior customer service and communication skills. Required Skills: ( Knowledge and Experience Required )
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of SAP HR experience or 9 years of equivalent experience.
In-Depth knowledge and experience with the HR/SAP module.
High proficiency with MS Excel (including Pivot Tables and Vlookups)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to recognize trends and changing business conditions.
Possess initiative; teamwork, problem solving, planning and organizational capabilities
Proven level of professionalism with internal and external clients
Due to the confidential nature of most information handled by the Business Center, this position must be a role model for creating and sustaining relationships built on trust, honesty, respect and accountability throughout the organization. Desired Skills:
Familiarity with SAP financial module.
Familiarity with Business Objects
Experience with Org Chart creation software.
Broad knowledge of all HR business processes and supporting applications.
Experience using Winshuttle application.
