Office Assistant III
Provides advanced-level administrative support to resources and support of business operations.
Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to Supervisors and field staff; prepares, reviews, and updates correspondence including letters, memorandums, reports, and presentations; answers and screens in-coming phone calls; reviews and screens email; updates organizational charts.
Schedules and maintains calendar; schedules internal and external meetings; coordinates rescheduling to meet business demands and time constraints; ensures Manager fulfills business and personal meeting obligations.
Plans and coordinates logistics for meetings and special events (e.g., conference rooms, refreshments, audio-visual equipment, participant invitations).
Coordinates office administrative functions including budget tracking and variance analysis; maintains office supplies; process invoices for payment.
Coordinates special projects or assignments unique to business unit.
Develops standard and ad-hoc reports; analyzes and summarizes data for management use.
Coordinates purchasing card activities; reviews and reconciles purchasing card expenses; enters into PeopleSoft Financials for payment processing.
Serves as liaison for addressing customer service and field personnel inquiries; researches, resolves, and responds to inquiries with minimal guidance.
Serves as administrative resource for internal employees; provides information and interpretation of Company policy and procedures; assists in the understanding of and compliance with Company guidelines.
Processes confidential information; maintains confidentiality.
Creates orders and completes data entry work
Enters and maintains accurate timesheet and payroll records for field personnel
Perform daily and weekly performance calculations and distribute reports on key metrics
Compiling raw data sources to produce & update performance reports
Provide data and supporting statistics for metrics & Key Performance indicators
Assist in Streamlining and automating Meter Reading processes
Assist with the selection, order creation and meter reading assignments
Submit, track, and update departmental orders
Run, assign & consolidate Meter reading routes daily
Cash & check collections handling and end of day revenue reconciliation and applicable paperwork
Additional duties specific to meter Reading, Collections & Compliance orders
May backup other Administrative positions.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED
Must be available to work on evenings and weekends
- Associates degree in Business or Office Administration
- Equivalent academic education and experience
Certifications/Licenses : None required
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
