Based on education and experience, this opportunity will be filled at either of these job titles/classifications in the Project Controls Analyst (PCA) family:

Project Controls Analyst Sr.
Position Summary: Develop, maintain & analyze project schedules using Primavera P6. Assist in providing cost loaded schedules as well as completed ready to execute resource loaded and logic driven schedules. Maintain schedule, collect progress data, develop and implement project schedule/status reports, and provide consistent, accurate information to the project team.
Assist in defining activities, durations, and relationship logic to implement the project plan and develop milestones to represent key decisions and deliverables that take place during execution.
Assist in and develop support schedules that represent the plan to execute the project in an effective manner through review of project scope and objectives.
Develop, maintain & analyze project schedules using Primavera P6.
Create schedules in P6 when the PM is assigned to the Super-project .
Provide support during schedule review meetings with all stakeholders and incorporate appropriate details.
Schedule the scope development portion of the project.
Ensure the detailed engineering deliverables are incorporated into the plan.
Work with Transmission construction representative and the contractor to incorporate the proposed construction sequence.
Capture environmental/siting/outage request dates in schedule.
Maintain schedule forecast by gathering activity update information from all functional groups as needed.
Assist in and provide schedule analysis updates to project team, alerting of schedule risks and issues that could delay milestones.
Communicate schedule status to project stakeholders.
Maintain all schedule activities in the Project Administration WBS for portfolio reporting requirements.

PROJECT CONTROL ANALYST:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from an accredited college or related technical field or Associate’s in Construction Management or related technical field from an accredited college, with 4 years of relevant experience.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years of experience in project controls (in addition to any experience identified above), including experience working on all elements involved in schedule planning, creation, updating and communication.
PROJECT CONTROL ANALYST Sr.:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related technical field from an accredited college, or Associate’s in Construction Management or related technical field from an accredited college with a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 6 years of related experience (in addition to any experience identified above) with experience in all elements involved in schedule planning, creation, updating and communication.

2) Strong written and verbal communication skills
3) Team player with ability to work and collaborate well with others
4) Ability to multitask and be self-directed, meet critical deadlines
5) Ability to analyze schedule information and communicate to project team
6) Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
7) Some travel, including overnight, may be required
8) Must be a self-motivated individual and able to work under general supervision, be independent and competently perform current scheduling techniques and analyses on all project aspects
