Gain knowledge and experience through a variety of structured and supervised assignments, augmented by appropriate training. Assignments meet business needs and provide the incumbent with a foundational knowledge of Customer Operations, and the Operational Support Group (OSG) which provide oversight to the Meter Reading, Field Service and Field Collections processes.

At the BMA Salary Grade 24:

Work on analytical Operational Support Group projects which may include continuous improvement projects; data extraction; technical / financial review and analysis; compiling, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics toward achievement of scorecard targets; reviewing and revising documentation, preparation of presentations, etc. Gain an understanding of the supervisory/analytical role through on-the-job training. The position at times requires travel and the successful candidate must be flexible with their work schedule.

At the BMA Salary Grade 25:

All the above as well as lead in investigating and developing solutions to strengthen the processes to achieve targets. Understand the Operational Support Group processes, with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision. Constantly monitor existing processes and targets, make recommendations where needed. Work on operational related projects as either a team member or departmental/process lead. Build, plan, and execute effective Field Operation initiatives to drive results.

Level will be determined by skills and experience

Required for Grade 24:

  • 0-2 years professional experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Well organized and strong communication skills

  • Experience in process documentation

  • Analytical aptitude

  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license

Required for Grade 25:

  • 2+ years professional experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Demonstrated individual and team leadership skills

  • Effective problem-solving, decision-making and planning and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to interact effectively with a diverse organization and have excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license

  • Strong MS Office skills


  • Ability to lead a small team

  • Understanding of the Meter Reading, Field Service, and Field Collections processes

  • Understanding of Field Operations, related work prioritization and Order of Execution

  • IT project and Change Management experience

  • Working knowledge of SAP, Field Collections System (FCS), MarketSwitch, and Field Service Database

  • Skilled in process mapping
