NiSource Leader Field Operations (Gas) in South Bend, Indiana

Provide service for our external and internal customers.

Maintain the gas distribution system in a safe and cost-effective method.

Review and interpret engineering drawings and coordinate field changes to design with the Project Engineer.

Inspect job sites prior to work assignments, coordinate materials and equipment availability for crews and worksite needs with customer.

Coach crews daily for proper work performance with respect to productivity, safety and quality to meet and exceed customer satisfaction.

Direct problem solving in the field with respect to system operational difficulties.

Perform stand-by activities as required.

Ability to use PC and associated software and applications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and employees.

Knowledge acquired through four year degree in engineering business or equivalent
