Position Specific Description In this role you will be responsible for contributing to project development efforts for distributed generation solar PV projects (rooftop and ground-mount) that sell power to commercial, government and utility power purchasers. You will be managing and coordinating project development activities, as well as working closely with the various internal departments and local jurisdictions to ensure successful project development and execution. You will have the opportunity to work across Project development research, application submission and participate in research development activities including but not limited to, requirements associated with permitting, incentives, interconnection, and registrations/certifications. You will have contact with local jurisdictions to review application processes and fees, along with internal subject matter experts to submit applications. You will have the chance to assist in the presentation of applications to local jurisdictions and provide regular reporting of project development status to management, internal construction team, and external parties. It is a great opportunity to polish your skills specific to, reviewing power purchase agreements, site leases, renewable energy credit purchase and sale agreements, interconnection applications and agreements and engineering/procurement/construction agreements for project requirements and compliance. This particular role will be heavily focused on the M&A efforts within development, and M&A experience is highly preferred. This role will also require some travel. Job Overview Employees in this role develop and execute plans for new and/or enhanced generation projects. This job is responsible for resource allocation, schedules, cost and technical adequacy, ensuring the projector transaction is completed in the most cost effective and competitive manner. This position manages all aspects of the business deal and ensures the project is completed timely and within budgetary constraints.

Job Duties & Responsibilities • Manages all aspects of the day to day transaction process to ensure timely completion as well as a cost effective and competitive results • Leads and coordinates key functions such as financial feasibility analyses, engineering/design, project legal review, permitting activities and/or financial negotiations • Coordinates due diligence activities with other internal groups to ensure proper analysis and structuring of assigned projects • Acts as liaison between internal and external specialists regarding procurement, contracting, permitting, and interconnection • Constructs contractual arrangements for project development • Negotiates agreements with consultants and subcontractors • Ensures compliance with applicable technical and regulatory requirements • Fosters external relationships with customers, 3rd parties and/or members of the community

• Identifies opportunities and negotiates power sales contracts • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications • High School Grad / GED • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience • Experience:8+ years

Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's - Business Administration • Master's - Business Administration
