PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Provide oversight and support for enterprise development programs. Provide quality first line support to TMOD leads and practitioners and provide support and assistance when and where necessary. Work closely with the TMOD COE team members and help with special projects and initiatives. Reports to the Manager, Leadership Development. PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES 1.Manage all enterprise wide leadership development courses in the LMS. Work with TM and HRT on the integration of this technology with the talent management system and external vendor interfaces (as appropriate).

2.Help with the scheduling and logistics management for enterprise wide development programs and events. Manage to set budget and track spending as appropriate.

3.Provide support with vendor and financial management of TMOD contracts.

4.Assist with portal and website maintenance and process improvement efforts.

5.Provide support to talent acquisition and HR analytics as needed.

POSITION SCOPE

  • This is a high-visibility position that requires the ability to lead and influence others without formal authority

Qualifications

Minimum:

BA/BS degree in Human Resources, psychology or related field.0-2 years relevant experience. Demonstrated understanding of development programs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal.Strong analytical skills. Strong technical skills, including significant experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be able to adapt to changing priorities. Strong project management and problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment. Flexibility to accommodate different personalities and work styles, team player. Ability to work efficiently and effectively, while maintaining attention to detail.Demonstrated ability and confidence to manage very senior interactions and expectations. Preferred:

Demonstrated business acumen is preferred.
