Provide support to the Mainframe Systems team through the organization, editing and creation of high-quality technical documentation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with technology analysts on the editing, organization and creation of high-quality technical documentation.

  • Assist in developing processes for creating, editing, and reviewing technical documentation.

  • Assist with various Mainframe Systems tasks as assigned.


College level coursework (100+) from an accredited institution will be evaluated on an individual basis according to the skill/level to determine if applicable to the position by management.

Additional Information

  • Usage of correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation

  • Ability to write well and convey information to the intended audience in an easily understood manner

  • Ability to create your own graphics (VISIO), if necessary

  • Attention to detail

  • Good interviewing and listening skills
