Provide support to the Mainframe Systems team through the organization, editing and creation of high-quality technical documentation.
Work with technology analysts on the editing, organization and creation of high-quality technical documentation.
Assist in developing processes for creating, editing, and reviewing technical documentation.
Assist with various Mainframe Systems tasks as assigned.
College level coursework (100+) from an accredited institution will be evaluated on an individual basis according to the skill/level to determine if applicable to the position by management.
Technical writing skills
Usage of correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Ability to write well and convey information to the intended audience in an easily understood manner
Ability to create your own graphics (VISIO), if necessary
Attention to detail
Good interviewing and listening skills
Ability to interact with technology analysts
